Todd Sasek, Senior Pastor
Todd Sasek and his wife Melanie have been married for 29 years and have five daughters serving the Lord. Todd was saved in 1991 at the age of 27. He surrendered to the ministry in 1993 when he and his family left Iowa to attend Bible College in Wisconsin, where he received his bachelor’s degree in pastoral studies. They moved to Kansas City, Missouri, to attend seminary in 1997. While in Seminary, he served on pastoral staff at Tri-City Baptist Church. He received his Master’s in pastoral theology and divinity. In 2001, He became Southland Christian Camp and Conference Center director in Ringgold, Louisiana. In 2009, the Lord called the Sasek’s to Temple Baptist Church.
Ben Shumate, Assistant Pastor
Ben Shumate was saved in 1990 at the age of 5. He attended Pensacola Christian College in Florida and earned his youth ministry bachelor’s degree. He and his wife Jennifer were married in 2006 and have 4 children. In 2008, the Lord called the Shumates to Temple Baptist Church
